Our services are provided by a team of certified arborists and tree care professionals with years of experience in the industry.
All estimates provided by California Tree Design are free of charge. The pricing is determined based on the scope of the work involved and the condition of the trees or landscape. Once an estimate is agreed upon, we proceed with the job based on the terms discussed.
Please note that estimates may change if the scope of the job changes after inspection. We will inform you of any price adjustments before proceeding further.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work. We do not require deposits or upfront payments. After the work is completed to your satisfaction, an invoice will be sent, and payment is expected promptly. We accept payment via the methods agreed upon prior to service.
To perform the services you have requested, we require full access to the property and the worksite. You are responsible for clearing the area of any obstacles or items that may obstruct the work. Any necessary permits or permissions to perform the work must be obtained by you prior to service.
Once the contract is signed and services are agreed upon, you have 10 calendar days to cancel the job in writing without penalty. If cancellation occurs after this period, charges may apply for work already completed or services scheduled.
California Tree Design is fully insured for general liability in case of property damage during the course of our work. In the event of any damage, we will work with you to resolve the situation.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from acts of nature, such as storms, flooding, or other unforeseen events. We will identify any potential risks before commencing work and will inform you of them as part of the estimate.
California Tree Design shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific services rendered.
All content provided on the website, including logos, text, images, and any other materials, are the intellectual property of California Tree Design. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of this content without express permission.
